Expo '70 / Plankton Wat split 12" LP
3 new Expo '70 tracks performed solo by Justin Wright. Plankton Wat contributes 5 tracks. Orchestrated by Debacle Records proprietor Sam Melancon, this split 12” between Portland’s Dewey Mahood, aka Planton Wat, and Justin Wright, aka Expo ‘70, was opportune to say the least - he caught an interview with Mahood, who expressed interest in working with Wright, in the abstract, and stepped things up by putting the two in touch.
Returns came from a distributor in UK, a 2009 release on Trensmat records. Variable speed, pressed to 45RPM, but enjoyable at 33RPM as well... LAST COPIES

"Journey Through Astral Projection" CD
Outtakes from "Where Does Your Mind Go?"
" It’s a lot more interesting and varied than his other albums I’ve heard and overall it’s his most cosmic and psychedelic. So if you fancy 52 minutes of psychedelic funtime then get on the magic bus. Strong work indeed!!" - Norman Records
EXPO '70 / ALTAÏR TEMPLE split LP
Released on Radar Swam. The Expo '70 track is from the "Death Voyage" sessions. Altair Temple from France lay down 3 tracks on side B of ambient blck metal. Limited to 300 copies.
"Death Voyage" CD
"Sitting in the pleasantly mong'd out space between psych-rock, ambient drone, Krautrock and DOOM, Expo 70 certainly know how to take their time and savor a few quiet moments of rock utopia. You get five fine examples of the style on 'Death Voyage' with the emphasis being on the placid summer drone experience. I've heard them go heavier but not so much with this one. Synths and drum machines make subtle appearances and aid the voyage into the deepest regions of your mind space very effectively. Features another classy Justin Wright designed sleeve..." - Norman Records
